High School Electronic Transcript Request

Please complete this form to request an ELECTRONIC OFFICIAL high school transcript to be sent to a college/university via our electronic transcript system, NCAA or NAIA. Your transcript will be sent electronically within 3 business days of your request. 

• Final Transcripts for graduating seniors to give to colleges, universities or to have for yourself will be available in June and a Connect Orange message will be sent home when available. We are not able to email transcripts. 
  • We Highly encourage you to request a FINAL PRINTED HARD COPY of your final transcript as some College/Universities have had difficulties retrieving the electronic submission. You can request a hard copy at: Printed Hard Copy Transcript Request.

• NCAA (Student Athletes): All students must have created an account with NCAA. Transcripts are uploaded in the summer once final grades are posted. The upload will occur in July (For graduating Seniors, the upload will occur in June).

• NAIA (Student Athletes): All students must have created an account with NAIA. Transcripts will be upload at end of senior year ONLY. The upload will occur in June.

• Bright Future Scholarships: Transcripts are sent by the OCPS District Office three times a year. Senior Final Transcripts are sent to Bright Futures by OCPS District Office in July after graduation. You DO NOT need to submit an electronic request as the OCPS District Office processes this submission in the summer for all OCPS graduates.
